Journalists from the Electric Daily News travelled to Canada in September to attend the World Energy Congress in Montreal and then to Alberta to meet with provincial energy officials from government, business and associations, including Alberta Energy, Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers, Penn West Energy, Enbridge and more. Tomohiko Yamashita also visited TransAlta to learn more about the company's carbon capture and storage innovation through Project Pioneer.
Yamashita's first article about CCS in Canada is found here ("CCS technologies generating attention in Canada"). The article about Project Pioneer will be available once published.
